Where does my tea come from?
Chicly brewed teas and ingredients are sourced from tea and herb farms and companies within the United States and around the world. All of our teas are blended with ingredients of pristine quality from farmers and growers focused on sustainability.
Why is my tea bitter or lack flavor?
Great question. It is very important to pay attention to water temperature and steeping time as it differs per tea. If your tea is bitter, try reducing your steeping time. If your tea lacks flavor, try changing the temperature of your water; you may try steeping your tea a bit longer.
How much tea should I brew per cup?
We believe firmly that you brew how much you want and when you want. A good rule of thumb is 1-2 teaspoons per 6 oz cup.
Are your teas organic?
We are proud to say that many of our teas are organic and are described as such in their descriptions.
